In this weeks news article, Coral Leisure Arklow would like to introduce the bodybuilders who train at our gym!
Bodybuilding, a regime of exercises created to enhance the human body's muscular development and promote general health and fitness. As a competitive activity, bodybuilding aims to display in artistic fashion pronounced muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for overall aesthetic effect.
 
Over the years we have watched many men and women come into our Coral Leisure gym, to pursue their dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder and competing in National and International competitions.
 
Gary Murray:
 
With experience of 41 competitions behind him, Gary has obtained 31 wins.

• 14 times Spring Classic Champion
• 7 National Championship titles, in three different weight categories
• 4 times champion of Mr. Cork
• 2 times NABBA 1st place champion

 
Pauline Murray

• Irish National Ladies Open weight class 2005 2nd place
•  Irish National Ladies Open weight class 2006 2nd place

 
Simon hempentstall

• U75kg 3rd place 2018
• U75kg top 6 spring classic 2019
• U75kg 2nd place Mr. Cork

 
Stephen nolan

• NBFI champion
• 2019 u75kg 1st place
• 2021 u75kg 1st place & overall champion

Caolan Noonan

• 3rd place Novice Champion
